Manon Rouby (She/her)
Manon Rouby, is an environmental lawyer, a Co-Coordinator at PAN International and a Policy Advisor/ Legal Advisor at PAN Europe. She has also worked as a legal researcher at World’s Youth for Climate Justice since 2020. Before joining PAN International in 2023 and PAN Europe in 2022, Manon worked as Executive Assistant to the Climate Change Law Specialist Group (CCLSG) of the World Commission for Environmental Law (WCEL).
She has contributed to various academic projects and publications dealing with diverse issues from climate litigation to agricultural management and biodiversity protection in Small Island Developing States (SIDS). Manon holds an LL.M. in Global Environmental Law and Governance from Strathclyde University, UK and two Master’s Degrees, one in International and European Environmental Law from the University of Aix-Marseille, France and one in International Comparative Law from Chuo University, Japan. She is fluent in French and English, and conversant in Spanish.
